Best High Energy Snacks for Rehearsals


H2O + HEALTHY SNACK = SUCCESS!

When you know you are going to be in Dance Rehearsal for 3 or more hours, it helps to have a healthy plan for snacks; aka FUEL. Dancers use a lot of energy and burns a lot of calories, so it is super important to stay fueled so you can stay energized.


Certain foods help dancers perform at high levels and keep their bodies stress free. The right snacks can help you stay on task, have better concentration and memory recall and decrease stress and anxiety levels while remaining healthy.

When a dancer needs fuel, what they put into their body makes a big difference in their performance. Plan ahead! Make healthy; easy snacks to grab and go or throw in a dance bag. It will make a big difference in your energy levels and experience. Keep Hydrated! Hydration is just as important as nutrition. Dancers need to stay hydrated to help them push through classes and rehearsals and avoid muscle strain and fatigue. H2O + HEALTHY SNACK = SUCCESS!
